Eligibility and Qualification
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and have at least 15 years of administrative experience in a university, academic institution, Government or Semi-Government institution, public sector industry or another relevant organization. For deputation eligibility, the notification requires at least 10 years of experience, including three years in a post in Level 12 of the 7th CPC pay matrix.
